TeamKleen is a member of the Building Service Contractors Association of Australia (BSCAA).

TeamKleen is also a member of The Australian Green Purchasing Network (members of the International Green Purchasing Network). This network has been designed for procurement officers and technical professionals involved in the field of green procurement.

TeamKleen are members of Good Environmental Choice – Australia (GECA), the Australian verification office for “eco–labelling”.

Communication & supervision

To ensure we maintain a high quality service, client communication is vital. We regularly monitor and review our performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPI’s) and feedback.

Sound lines of communication have been established with staff and this policy ensures we are proactive in responding to any concerns that may arise. Any complaints they may have are taken seriously and appropriate corrective action will be taken to resolve the problem.
